Good morning, FPC family.

No video this week. Instead, a brief word here from God’s Word amid the military conflict in the Middle East.

“For I am about to create new heavens and a new earth; the former things shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I am creating…” ~Isaiah 65:17-18a

No matter the position we take on this or any other war, we all have hope that such conflicts will one day cease, that God will give us the strength to await the advent of a new earth that God promises, and that God will install in all of us the courage to help bring about its arrival. This new earth–a new world devoid of suffering and war, a world of peace and hope.

May it be so.
